Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic tutor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with students, helping them achieve their academic goals and unlock their full potential. Whether it's math, science, language arts, or test preparation, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on tutees' lives through personalized instruction and support.

We are current recruiting tutors for the following modules:

Financial Accounting
Cost and Management Accounting
Auditing and Governance
Taxation

However, should you want to collaborate with us for matters involving but not limited to:

Advertising your tutorial related services;
Hosting your tutorial services with us;
And more services that relates to our business objective.

Please note that tutors will be compansated based on hours worked and not on a fixed monthly rate basis.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized tutoring sessions tailored to each tutee's learning needs and goals.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and teaching strategies to enhance comprehension and retention.
Assess tutees' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure academic success.
Communicate effectively with tutees.

Requirements

At least 75% must have been achieved in the desired module.
Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
Strong subject knowledge and expertise in one or more academic areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
